Simonster (Simon Ata) – BODYWEIGHT TRAINING, GYMNASTICS, & POWER MOVES
Today I am speaking with physical therapist Simon Ata, otherwise known as @simonsterstrength. Simon hails from Melbourne, Australia and when he is not performing physical therapy on patients, he can be found perfecting his craft as a #powermove specialist. Although his foundation comes from #gymnastics, he has migrated toward #calisthenics and #bodyweighttraining. He has an interest in #breakdancing, and it is here that he developed his love of #powermoves. He speaks of a love of perfecting #bodyweightskills that appear impossible. Certainly, when he does what he does, it appears that gravity does not apply to him.
